Training Options
A wide variety of
session training formats are offered throughout the year for
members and non-members alike. Choose the method that works
best for you and your organization!
Tele-seminars let
you train many employees for one price, with no time out of the office
or travel expenses. Many tele-seminars are offered by The Payments
Authority at no charge to our members. Dial-in instructions are
provided prior to the scheduled event. These are generally 1 to 2
hour sessions.
|
Webinars provide training and interaction
via the Internet. Attendees can participate at their desk or
broadcast the webinar in a conference or training room so numerous
employees can participate. Some webinars require a phone
connection for audio while others offer audio and video
together online. |
| Workshops provide in-depth training and interaction, in a classroom
setting. Attendees have the opportunity to network with other payments
professionals and ask detailed questions. Both fundamental and advanced
sessions are offered to accommodate all levels of
experience. |
Podcasts is an industry term for audio and/or
video files (typically MP3s, MP4s and FLVs) that can be played
on your computer or mobile device, either on-demand or at a later
date. Presentations are now stored on our servers so
you don't have to download and store them on yours!
|
Concepts is our annual payments conference, offering national quality
education, exposure to a variety of industry solution
providers, and an opportunity to network with your
peers. General and concurrent sessions let you choose from case
studies, issue forums and panel discussions on payments-related
topics.

TPA
Payments University (TPAU) is an intensive two-day course developed to
help attendees achieve a better understanding of the various
payment systems. This is not a conference, but a unique learning
experience that focuses on key applications, best practices, and case
studies.
